Loring Capital Advisors LLC (“LCA”) was founded in 2016 by Keith Horn. LCA provides investment advisory and consulting services to emerging hedge fund managers, investment management firms, and early stage and start-up businesses. LCA has recently been involved in a variety of advisory assignments and capital raises, with Mr. Horn serving as a senior advisor, coach and mentor to several emerging funds, a regional investment bank and several early stage companies.
KEITH HORN, Managing Member and Founder
Keith is called on for his considerable experience in finance, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as his dealings with private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and other risk capital sources. He relies on his background as a former securities attorney, investment banker and hedge fund professional to provide services relating to financings, corporate governance, best business practices and capital raising. He also has considerable experience as a director, having served on a number of public and private boards and various director committees.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Forest Road Acquisition Corp. (“FRX”), a NYSE-listed blank check company focused on the telecommunications, media, and technology space.
